Who handles your enquiry
Cottage Financing is a website operated by Jeff and Emily Mudrick, licensed mortgage agents with BRX Mortgage Inc., FSRA brokerage licence 13463. Jeff is your contact for privacy questions.
What you share
We collect the contact details, cottage plans and message you enter so we can respond and prepare for your conversation. This form does not submit a mortgage application, run a credit check, enrol you in marketing or authorise sharing your information with a lender.
Booking and service providers
Our RGP booking system handles appointments and confirmations. Google Calendar and Zoom provide calendar and video-call services. Vercel hosts this website. Enquiry and delivery records use our restricted Supabase business system in Canada. Resend handles email delivery. Some providers process information outside Canada, where different privacy laws may apply.
Your browser
Calculators run in your browser. An unfinished enquiry stays in this browser tab so you can go back or reload. Closing the tab clears that draft. The lake film remembers which opening played last. The booking page can remember contact details in this browser.
Website analytics measure page visits and limited actions. The Cottage tracking helper does not include your contact details or financial answers. Hosted Vercel analytics also measures website use.
Keeping your information
We retain enquiry and communication records as needed to handle your request and meet brokerage and record-keeping obligations. If you become a client, your mortgage file follows the brokerage's record-keeping requirements. We do not promise an automatic deletion date.
Your choices
You can ask Jeff to access or correct your information, stop further contact or request deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
